  No complaints on maintenance crew and renovation efforts. They do the best they can and are always ready to help. Location is also charming, beautiful landscape and eucalyptus smell.
  The problem is parking. I was assigned very narrow parking space and I basically can't fit my car in there (compact car), so I have to look for unassigned parking space every time I want to park my car. If I return home after 9PM, then it's practically impossible to find parking space on the territory, so I need to park my vehicle on the Lyall Way.
  If they would show me my parking space before moving in, I would think twice to move here.
  Other thing is walls and floors are really thin, so if your neighbors enjoy watching horror movies loud after 11PM or babies on the upper floor are running around in the early mornings, then you'd better use ear plugs to sleep well.
  I hope I'll get used to living here, still 11 months left on my lease, but so far I feel like my quality of life became worse after I moved here from Mission Peaks || apartments, which is also Essex property, but in Fremont. There I didn't have to worry about where I would park my car late at night and sound isolation seemed much better. But yeah, it's on the other side of the Bay.
