  Recreation program is pathetic, the instructors are not interested, not demanding and the learning curve for my kids was flat. We have been going there for 3 years, both girls and boys section and the teachers my kids have experienced are mediocre at best. It seems like the club's focus is on the teams and they are running the recreation program just to make money. After having spent three years going there with my kids two-three times a week, we have switched to a different club. I did see good teachers at San Mateo Gymnastics, but they were all training the team girls. So, do not waste your money and time, your kids will not get the attention and professionalism they deserve even at a recreational level....
